Reporting a problem

The more of this you can include, the faster it gets fixed:

what you expected versus what happened
your browser, and whether you were on desktop or phone
for the Shopify app: your store domain

Please do not send real customer data. For the web forecaster we do not need your figures at all — a description of the shape of the problem is enough, and we would rather not receive them.

Questions about the statistics

Genuinely welcome — the maths being right is the whole point of this project, and being told it is wrong somewhere is useful, not unwelcome. Much of it is already written up in the methods and the glossary.

The Shopify app

The inventory planning app is still in development. Email the address above if you want a note when it lands, or if you run a store and would be willing to try an early version and tell us where it falls short.
